Bob Probert
Bob was drafted 46th overall by the Detroit Red Wings in 1983. His 17 year NHL career was spent with Detroit and the Chicago Blackhawks. He was known as one of the NHL’s most feared enforcers, racking up 3,300 penalty minutes and 384 points in 935 regular season games.
Bob was extremely proud to have played in an All-Star game, to have scored the last goal at Maple Leaf Gardens and to have visited the troops in Afghanistan twice.
The Annual Bob Probert Ride is held in June every year with over $1.2 million dollars raised for cardiac care & services in his hometown of Windsor, Ontario.
