Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
If you are located in Ontario, a flat fee rate of $12 will be added to your order. For the rest of Canada the shipping charge is $15. If you are located in the United States, a flat fee rate of $10 will be added.
What shipping carriers do you use?
All orders will be shipped out using Canada Post or USPS depending on your location.
How long will it take to get my order?
The banners will ship out within 5 busniess days of placing the order. Depending on your location, shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 days for delivery. A tracking number will be sent to your email.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. After placing your order you will receive some options and pricing based on your location.
Returns
Can I return my order?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
General
Are the autographs authentic?
Yes. All banners are personally signed by the athlete. A Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with each banner.
Can the banners be personalized?
Unfortunately no. We have all banners signed by the athlete in advance of posting them on the site. However, there may be some opportunities in the future so keep checking back.
