Renata Fast
A native of Burlington, Ontario, Renata has shown in her career that she is one of the best in the world on the blue line from the international and collegiate level. A graduate of Clarkson University where she was a part of their first NCAA Championship and a perennial all-star during her career in upstate New York.
During her Team Canada career, Renata has won 3 medals at the Olympic Games and World Championships and added 4 medals at the Four Nations Cup.
Professionally, Renata was drafted in the 2016 Canadian Women’s Hockey League Draft in the 1st round, 2nd overall by the Toronto Furies. She played 2 seasons in the CWHL where she was a 2-time All Star Game participant and a finalist for CWHL Rookie of the Year.
In the Spring of 2019, Renata along with colleagues from Canada, the United States and Europe helped to form the Professional Women’s Hockey Players’ Association.
